A fine icon for holistic living, Soukya is a residential holistic health centre that is spread over an area of 32 acres of organic farm. The suites at Soukya have a private garden and open air shower, with deluxe rooms also having attached gardens, the emphasis being on rehabilitation – there is a fixed menu; those taking treatments being served a prescribed diet. The purpose is the harmonious balance of body, mind and spirit, the centre offering therapies including stress, weight, asthma and arthritis management and cardiac hypertension.
